David Adams has a passion for turning seemingly ordinary houses into unique homes. By day, he’s a highly decorated Wealth Manager based in Nashville, TN. But in his free time, he brings spaces to life with creative design and thoughtful remodeling- primarily as a passion project and expression of his creative hunger outside of managing numbers and dollars during the day. Located right on the beautiful 30A water (aka “Hamptons of the South”) is a beautifully remodeled top-floor, end-unit condo offering 1,953 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Extensive renovation in process, featuring new windows, doors, exterior tile, cabinetry, shiplap accents, bathrooms, and custom photography throughout. This is a passion project and second home for David and a place where he, his dad, and Jolene (of course) spend quality time together and create timeless memories. Located at 2512 Belmont Blvd in Nashville, this historic single-family home was built in 1910 and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms within 4,444 square feet of living space. David’s vision for this space came to life over a 2 year “down to every stud” careful renovation under careful watch by the Historical Commission. The home was recognized for a Historic Preservation Award and appeared on the 12 South/Belmont Tour of Homes.

Located in Nashville's desirable Hillwood Estates, 5925 Sedberry Road is a mid-century modern home built in 1960. The residence offers 5,572 square feet of living space, featuring five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. 4513 Beacon Drive in Nashville, TN, is a mid-century home originally built in 1954, featuring a modern renovation that blends original elements with updated spaces. David’s personal home was built by Build Nashville, with some customization from David and Rossi Design. The interior was a joint collaboration between JL Design, Rossi Design, and Smallwood Interiors, and has been featured in various industry publications. The home features 4500 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 3 car garage, custom pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and cold plunge, theater, and entire home automation.
2905 12th Avenue South
Adams Wealth Partners is a financial advisory firm located at 2905 12th Avenue South, Suite 108, Nashville, TN 37204. Led by David Adams, and his team of 13, they manage over $1B of assets for families all over the U.S. David purchased the space in 2013, and subsequently purchased a total of 4 units in this mixed use development to create the unique office you see today. Formerly two 1 bedroom residences, and a separate art gallery, Rossi Design turned this into a cohesive, split level office unlike anything else in Nashville or the wealth management industry. Office includes 2 conference rooms, lobby, open/collaborative work spaces, 4 executive offices, rooftop deck, and gym with shower and infrared sauna.
